Tart rhubarb is over-the-top topping

When I informed my husband that I was going to make pork with a rhubarb sauce, he dismissed the idea out of hand. He does not like sweet in his savory.


Tart-sweet rhubarb sauce cooks up quickly and makes a great topping for pan-sautéed pork tenderloin medallions.
